1. Understand the concept of cultural humility and its importance in advocating for and maintaining accountability by addressing power imbalances in the workplace and communities.
2. Explore the Cultural Humility model developed from the ideas of Josepha Campinha Bacote, Melanie Tervalon, and Jann Murray-García, and its evidence-based framework for prioritizing dynamic and generative relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
3. Deepen the practice of social and behavioral health professionals by applying learnings from the program to improve service delivery and foster inclusive practices that respect and honor cultural differences.
